Due to our continued growth, we have a new opportunity for an office based Sales Administrator / Assistant within our team in our niche business, situated in Windsor, Maine.
Job Description Full-Time position (Mon-Fri, office hours 8AM - 4:
30PM) As a Sales Administrator / Assistant, the role will position you as a key support member of our fast paced in house sales team.
This will include assistance to the sales team and office in general.
General overview of Duties / Responsibilities Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
Assist with inbound lead distribution (email and phone), recording data in digital system.
Assist Sales Manager with lead generation tasks Responsible for administrative office tasks as needed.
Entering customer data, opportunities & orders in CRM system.
Keeping customer data and orders up-to-date.
Reviewing customer orders.
Informing the sales team with lead-time changes.
Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
